This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through FITHEALTH WELLNESS SOLUTIONS (the "Platform").

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and initiated for shipping, or the product is already out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Non-Refundable Items

FITHEALTH WELLNESS SOLUTIONS does not accept cancellation or refund requests for health-related wearables that have been unsealed or used, due to hygiene and data-tracking security. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or "perishable" health data services.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt.

  • The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the defect at its own end.
  • If you feel the product is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to our notice within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • The customer service team will review your complaint and take the final appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty (fitness tracking hardware), please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer for technical repair or replacement under their specific terms.

Refund Processing

In the rare event that a refund is approved by FITHEALTH WELLNESS SOLUTIONS, it will take 1 day for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
