Legal Notice: These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FitHealth Wellness Solutions (the "Company"), an MSME registered in Patna, Bihar, India.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Fitness Tracker - AI Powered Fitness (the "Service") via fitnesstracker.in or our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

02 AI & Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ Critical Medical Waiver

Fitness Tracker - AI Powered Fitness is not a medical device. The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini API) to provide nutritional estimates. These are probabilistic estimates and may be inaccurate.

  • Do not use the Service for managing medical conditions like diabetes or severe allergies.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice based on AI-generated data.
  • The Company is not liable for health outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.

03 User Obligations

  • ✓ You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent (minimum 13+) to use the Service.
  • ✓ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • ✓ You agree not to attempt to bypass Database or reverse-engineer our proprietary AI prompts.

04 Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features of Fitness Tracker - AI Powered Fitness are billed on a subscription basis. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Refunds: Since our Service provides immediate access to digital tools, refunds are generally not provided except where required by Indian law.

05 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
